Client's Charter 2018

CENTRE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE (CQA) CLIENT CHARTER
(Approved through CQA Management Meeting on 14th March 2018)
 
  • Result of the accreditation approval will be received at the Cost Centre (PTJ) within three (3) working days after the minute of Senate decision issued by the secretariat;
  • To receive the audit findings by the Certified Body within two (2) working days after the audit closing meeting;
  • To provide updated document* in the e-ISO Portal according to the effective date (*compliance subjected to the ISO Document Preparation Procedure); and
  • To inform the Cost Centre (PTJ) on the budget allocation approval for lab accreditation within five (5) working days after the notice of approval by Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) Office.
