19th August 2025, Serdang - The Quality Assurance Centre (CQA) of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) held the 15th Management Review Meeting (MKSP) of the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) of UPM (Year 2025) at the Senate Hall, Putra Chancellery Building, UPM and was broadcast live via Google Meet with UPM Sarawak. The meeting was chaired by YBhg. Dato' Professor Ir. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd Sadullah as Vice Chancellor, UPM. This meeting was held to comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) Standard ISO 9001:2015 & Information Security Management System ISO/IEC 27001:2022 [Clause 9.3]. The MKSP ISO QMS & ISMS UPM is carried out according to the UPM 2025 Service Quality Activity Calendar, which is once a year. The objective of the meeting is to conduct a management review of the ISO QMS and ISMS management systems periodically to ensure that they remain relevant, adequate and effective, to assess opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to ISO including the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives, ISMS Policies and Objectives. Decision-making through this meeting is very important from the aspect of holistic quality management to ensure that the UPM service delivery system is effective.
