August 27, 2019, Serdang - At aroung  9.00 am this morning, located in the Centre for Quality Assurance Meeting Room, Level 4, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) Building, UPM has been conducted the Public Sector Condusive Ecosystem Practice  (EKSA) Cross Audit for Centre for Quality Assruance (CQA). The EKSA cross audit currently involves only one auditor that is Mr. Mohd Sahrizan Mat Yatim from the Student Affairs Division (BHEP), UPM. The EKSA cross audit by the external assessors of the PTJ was implemented to meet the requirements for participation in the Work Environment Quality Award (5S / ESA) in conjunction with UPM 2019 Quality and Service Innovation Day (HKIP) 2019 and the scoring of the audited results will be considered to qualify for the PTJ Quality Practice Award Workplace (5S / EKSA).

An initial briefing was given by Mr Mustaffa Dollah to the auditors concerned to ensure smoothness during the field audit session. The 3-hour audit received positive comments from the auditors and there was some room for improvement. A big congratulations and thanks goes out to all the CQA members who participated and cooperated during the audit session.
