15 January 2026, Serdang – Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), held a physical ISO Documentation Management Briefing at the Mini Auditorium, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) Building, UPM. The session was attended by all newly appointed or existing Deputy Document Control Officers for Process Owners (TPKD PP) and Deputy Document Control Officers for Responsibility Centres (TPKD PTJ) who had not previously attended a documentation briefing session organized by CQA. The briefing aimed to provide a more detailed explanation of UPM’s ISO documentation management procedures, the management of internal and external documents at Responsibility Centres (PTJ), and to obtain feedback from TPKD PP/PTJ regarding the implementation of ISO documentation at UPM for future improvement purposes. A total of 39 participants attended the session, including participants from UPM Sarawak (UPMS). The briefing was delivered by Puan Nurainakmal Binti Kamal Bahrin in her capacity as UPM Document Control Officer, focusing on the following matters: Terms of appointment for Deputy Document Control Officers for Process Owners (TPKD PP) and Deputy Document Control Officers for Responsibility Centres (TPKD PTJ); Management of ISO Controlled Documents; Management of Internal and External Reference Documents; Review of Unamended Documents for the Year 2022; and Review of File Classification Codes in ISO Procedures.
