CQA Participation in the Merdeka Poetry Declamation Competition

21st August 2025, Serdang - The Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has sent a CQA representative for the purpose of participating in the Competition

Inter-PTJ Merdeka Poetry Declamation, Merdeka 2025 Celebration Program organized by the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS) UPM. Puan Nurainakmal

Kamal Bahrin, Administrative Officer/Head of Documentation Section, Service Quality Assurance, CQA UPM, presented a poem in the form of a rhyme entitled “Tanah Airku Sejahtera".

The poem was a joint compilation by the Quality Assurance Center. At the ceremony, which was held in full splendor, the UPM CQA Representative was successfully crowned as the recipient

of the Special Jury Award for the Best Costume Category in the competition. For the purpose of variation, the stage performance was also assisted by several CQA staff namely Puan Puteri

Nurasikin Nasarudin, Puan Norliyani Anor, Puan Anis Syahirah Abdullah, Mr. Izzul Muzakkir Aris, Mr. Muhamad Amirul Ashraf Zulkifli and Ms. Najidah Salim. Preparation for this participation is

also the result of the cooperation of all CQA staff in providing support in the form of a support team who play a role in assisting in the preparation equipment and presentation training.

This participation initiative has had a positive impact in highlighting CQA's visibility in terms of teamwork culture and appreciation of innovation
