16th December 2025, Subang Jaya – Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) represented by Dr. Zufarzaana Zulkeflee (Deputy Director, Academic Quality Assurance) and Ms. Aidawati Ramali (Head of Institutional Audit Section) participated in Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Central Zone Tour Session with Higher Education Providers (PPT) which was held on 16th December 2025 at Monash University Malaysia. A total of 160 representatives of higher education institutions from 53 institutions around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor attended the tour session. During the tour session, MQA shared policies, Advisory Notes , best practice guides, programmes, activities and the latest initiatives introduced by the Ministry of Higher Education and MQA, as well as promoting the latest flexible education initiatives. Present to share were MQA Chief Executive Officer, Dato' Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shatar Sabran, MQA Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Quality Assurance), Prof. Ts. Dr. M. Iqbal Saripan; MQA Senior Director (Policy Development and Expertise), Encik Mohamad Dzafir Mustafa, MQA Senior Director (Accreditation), Encik Mohd Khairul Nizam Ibrahim and Head of Unit (Public and International Affairs Unit), Encik Muhammad Hasfarizal Kamaludin. Also taking place was a Mini Client Friendly Day where HEP representatives could interact directly with MQA officers to resolve any issues and obtain clarification on a matter. Through organising this tour series, MQA remains committed to strengthening strategic collaboration to ensure that the quality of the country's higher education continues to be maintained and relevant.
