13th April 2023, Cyberjaya – Centre for Quality Assurance, Putra Malaysia (UPM) has received an invitation to a sharing session titled "Strategising For Self-Accreditation Compliance Audit : The UPM Experience" from Multimedia University (MMU) located at MMU Cinema, Universiti Multimedia, Cyberjaya.

This session was delivered by Professor Dr. Amin Ismail, Director of CQA and Associate Professor Dr. Noor Syamilah Zakaria, Deputy Director of CQA on 13th April 2023. The session was attended by 60 MMU staff consisting of President, Deputy President, Registrar, Unit Director, Dean, Deputy Dean, MMU IQA, Faculty Manager and support staff.

The objective of this sharing session is to provide an overview to Multimedia University regarding the preparation, implementation and progress of the Self-Accreditation Compliance Audit at UPM by the Malaysian Qualification Agency which was held on 21 to 23 June 2022. Through the Self-Accreditation Compliance Audit, UPM has successfully maintained its self-accreditation status since it was first awarded to UPM on 29th April 2010.

This session focuses on four (4) things which are:

     1. Background and objectives of Self Accreditation Compliance Audit;

     2. UPM's purpose, scope and action strategy;

     3. Preparation and tips for facing an audit; An

     4. Audit evaluation area.

This sharing session ended with a question and answer session with MMU staff.
