27 April 2026, Serdang   - Centre for Quality Assurance  (CQA) has held an Academic Quality Assurance Roadshow (JJKA) to uphold UPM's True North  which was emphasised in the message of the Vice-Chancellor of UPM, YBhg. Dato' Professor Ir. Ahmad Farhan so that UPM staff provide services beyond expectations. Therefore, the JJKA programme continues for 2026 where the School of Business and Economics (SBE) has been selected for CQA outreach programme which was held on 27th April 2026 at the SBE Meeting Room. The roadshow was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noor Syamilah Zakaria, KB, PA (Director), Dr. Zufarzaana Zulkeflee (Deputy Director of Academic Quality Assurance), Miss Aidawati (Head of Institutional Audit Section), Mdm. Shaerin Azlin (Head of Program Audit Section), Mdm. Rahmawati (Head of Program Data Section) along with 3 Support Staffs. Also joining us was Assoc. Prof. Dr. John Keen Chubo (CQA Associate Fellow), lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, UPM Sarawak. The programme began with a welcome speech from the Deputy Dean of Industry and Community Networks, Associate Professor Dr. Rozanah Ab Rahman and was followed by a briefing by CQA Director, Associate Professor Dr. Noor Syamilah. The programme was attended by 32 participants consisting of Deans, Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments, Program Coordinators and Academic Administrators. Immediately after the briefing, a Session with Program Owners was held at the same location involving lecturers from four departments posed questions related to accreditation and seek clarification on ensuring that the programme complies with the set standard requirements. The programme, which began at 9 am, ended at 12.30 pm.
