1 Mac 2023, Serdang – Center for University Quality Management (PPQ), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Center for Quality Assurance (CQA), Universiti Putra Malaysia on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023. The delegation consisted of Ts. Dr. Hasnita binti Che Harun (Director), Dr. Noorul Azwin binti Md Nasir (Deputy Director), Dr. Nor Diyana binti Mustapha (Head of Division for Academic Quality Assurance), Dr. Nik Nur Azwanida binti Zakaria (Head of Division for Quality Management System) and YM Tuan Norhaslan bin Tuan Seman (Assistant Administrative Officer). The second visit by the Center for University Quality Management, UMK to the Center for Quality Assurance, UPM is aimed at looking in detail and getting input on the Internal Audit System, developed, and implemented at UPM, to improve the implementation of internal audits at UMK. The session by CQA was shared and presented by Mrs. Haslida binti Hassan (Head of Division of Quality Management Service), Mrs. Shamriza binti Shari (Head of Documentation Section) and Mrs. Zenaida binti Md Zenon (Head of Quality Audit Section). The two-and-a-half-hour discussion was impactful on both Universities as were able to share information and exchange views on the management and implementation of the best practices on Quality Management System.
