23rd June 2025 and 7th July 2025, Serdang - The Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), UPM has received two (2) benchmarking visits focused on sharing best governance practices in academic quality management and service quality at UPM. Through two (2) sessions of this benchmarking visit, the visitors were treated to sharing sessions led by Prof. Ir. Dr. Abd. Rahim Abu Talib (Director, CQA), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noor Syamilah Zakaria (Deputy Director of Academic Quality Assurance, CQA) and Puan Hjh. Haslida Hassan (Deputy Director of Service Quality Assurance, CQA).
