Importance of Communication Audit

A smooth communication flow is vital for individuals and groups to perform and function in a workplace. The communication aspect should be organized and taken care seriously due to its impact that would create havoc such as unsatisfaction among workers, subordinates, clients or audience. When one of it occurs, it is like the end of the world. The internal and external communication aspect such as client gratification is very important in a corporate environment. Communication audit is a usual exercise carried out in seeking ways to overcome a conflict, as well as in achieving organization objectivity. However, this exercise would be depending on the size of a problem. Restructuring, mergers, change of management, declination of business are the usual indicators of performing communication audit. An efficient two-way communication among employees and employer would motivate both parties in achieving their agendas.
