       FUNCTION

 

 

 

1. Manage and coordinate actions for quality culture activities at the PTJ/UPM level.

 

2. Manage membership data, coordinate and monitor the appointment duration of the UPM PTJ ISO Committee.

 

3. Manage membership data, coordinate and monitor the entire appointment duration of MKSP ISO UPM Members (Head of PTJ).

 

4. Coordinate actions, act as a liaison with PTJ in UPM and process the appointment of PTJ ISO Committee & MKSP ISO member.

      

5. Manage and coordinate actions for Quality Awards - UPM Quality & Service Innovation Day (HKIP) and act as a 

    liaison with PTJ in UPM and the Coordinator of UPM level awards.

 

6. Manage and coordinate actions for the UPM Administrative Management Star Rating and act as a liaison  with

    PTJ in UPM and the Coordinator at the UPM level.

 

7. Manage, monitor and coordinate the follow-up action status of the Management Review Meeting (MKSP) ISO QMS & ISMS UPM.

 

8. Manage, monitor and coordinate the follow-up action status of the UPM Quality Committee Meeting.

 

9. Manage and coordinate records/reporting at the Service Quality Assurance level for the needs of UPM internal /external

    stakeholders.

 

10. Acted as the Secretary of the UPM Administrative Management Star Rating Committee Meeting.

 

11. Acted the Secretary of the UPM Service Quality and Innovation Day Celebration Committee Meeting.
