Roles and responsibilities Service Quality Assurance it is as follows:

1) Service Quality Management 

    Manage and coordinate UPM ISO certification through the implementation of the Quality Management System

    (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).

 

2) Quality Cultivation 

    Manage and monitor quality culture through the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem

    (EKSA).

 

3) Service Quality Recognition 

    Manage quality recognition through Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP), Star Rating Administrative

    Management and Quality Awards.

 

Service Quality Assurance (JKP) consists of three (3) sections as below:
