6 Julai 2023, Serdang - Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), UPM received an official visit from UPM Bursar's Office on 6th July 2023 at  CQA Meeting Room. The visit from the Bursar's Office was led by Puan Siti Amira Shukor as the Head of Income Generation and Budget Financial Division, Mrs. Wan Suzaimas Wan Sulaiman as the Finance Officer from the Budget Section and Mr. Azizul Syahril Mohd Salleh as the Finance Officer attach at the Central Management Operation Financial Division (BPOB B). Meanwhile the CQA Top Management who had joined the session was Prof. Dr. Amin Ismail, Director of CQA, Mrs. Haslida Hassan, Head of Management Division, Mrs. Nurhanisah Sadun, Head of Academic Quality and Accreditation Management Division and Mr. Ahmad Hafizd Hitam, Head of Administration and Finance Section. The purpose of the visit was to discuss ways to improve PTJ's financial management.Therefore, one of the main agenda is to focus on the scope of income generation at PTJ level towards achieving the University's Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Among the topic of sharing during the visit are:  The new structure of the Division at CQA Gap Calculation Basic Formula by distributing RM100 million to all PTJ with the ratio of the number of staff & students and 3P Implementation (Income Generation, Savings and Productivity)  PTJ performance monitoring procedures In addition, the representative of the Bursar's Office also detailed the 7 scopes of income generation as follows: Academic & Research Asset Management Financial & Investment Management Corporate Alliances For Business Endowmen Waqaf Donation
