13 September 2022, Serdang - Universiti Putra Malaysia has received a delegation of 21 visitors from the Ministry of Health Malaysia (IPKKM) Headquarters led by Mrs. Noraini Camarudin with the aim of

benchmarking the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) practiced at UPM. Visitors were taken to two (2) Centers of Responsibility that have successfully implemented EKSA, namely

the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Culture and Arts Center and the Faculty of Engineering. The tour session began with a welcome by the Head of the Service Quality Management Division, Center of Quality

Assurance and then a briefing on the implementation of EKSA by PTJ representatives before the visitors were taken to see the implementation of EKSA in the workplaces of both PTJs involved. This visit has

achieved the objectives set by IPKKM and UPM has been invited to make a return visit to their agency in the future.
