22.         Project Title  MAGIC WALL

Project Synopsis

The innovation of the 'Magic Wall' project is a project to upgrade and repaint the walls on the RAMP path, stairs 2 and stairs 4 using magnetic paint.
The 'Magic Wall' project is also an initiative by teachers in providing meaningful learning experiences and creative learning approaches to attract children's interest in utilizing
the available space and time by doing beneficial activities.

Impact of

Implementation

     

 i. Motivate children to be enthusiastic about doing activities with excellence when they see their work displayed on the walls of
the Child Development Laboratory (CDL).
 ii. Brighten up ramps and stairs.
iii. Providing opportunities for children to explore learning interactively with the resources provided.
 iv. Providing creative and meaningful learning experiences for children.
v. Encourage children to interact with friends from different classes.

Project Title  “SMART LIFTER BOX”

Project Synopsis

 

"Smart Lifter Box" is a special equipment created to achieve one of the goals in an event or program. It has a technology concept that uses pneumatic, electronic,
electrical and mechanical systems. The use of this equipment is used during the launch gimmick in an event or program, for example the launch of something by a university.

Implementation

       

 i. Improve the quality and excellence of the launch of events and programs that are implemented.
 ii. Increasing the impact of a more creative and innovative corporate image.
 iii. The savings component for an event was successfully produced.
 
24.         Project Title  Recycle Multiple Usage Pedestal (Re-MUP)
PTJ  UPM Counseling Division
Group Name  EKSA-COMP

Project Synopsis

The workspace must be clean and organized, as per the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem guidelines. The Re-MUP innovation is a combination of green sustainability ideas and EKSA guidelines to recycle old pedestal equipment (desk drawers) into a 3-in-1 product. 
It is a combination of a shoe bench, shoe rack and garbage disposal. This product idea can be applied in any PTJ in UPM because it is easy and cheap.

Implementation

     

 i. Helps reduce wasted space by optimizing space for various functionalities.
 ii. Implementing EKSA principles and workplace safety (OSH).
iii. Giving 'new life' to unused equipment into something practical, in line with the goals of the SDGs and UPM's green campus.
This innovation is also in line with the UN SDG 12.5 target by 2030: significantly reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse.
