8th August 2023, Serdang – The Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) organized a session for sharing the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) in collaboration with the Chief Facilitator of UPM's EKSA, Mrs. Azwana Ab Rahman from the Sultan Abdul Samad Library. The program took place on 8th August 2023 at the Serdang Briefing Hall Foyer, Putra Chancellor Building, UPM, and also online through the Google Meet application with representatives from UPM Bintulu Campus.

A total of 33 participants attended this program, consisting mainly of UPM's EKSA Facilitators, as well as officers and secretaries from CQA. The program aimed to gather tips and knowledge sharing from the Chief Facilitator of EKSA to enhance the skills and knowledge of UPM's EKSA Facilitators regarding the implementation of EKSA. This effort will further assist facilitators in promoting a culture of quality work through the practice of EKSA within departments (PTJ) and UPM as a whole.
