Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Kualiti Universiti Putra Malaysia Kali Ke-64

 

15th December 2025, Serdang - Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) held the 64th UPM Quality Committee Meeting at the Engineers' Conference Room, Faculty of Engineering, UPM and was broadcast via Google Meet with UPM Sarawak. Mrs. Hajah Haslida Hassan, Deputy Director of Service Quality Assurance and Assistant Management Representative (PWP), UPM chaired this meeting on behalf of the Management Representative, UPM, namely Associate Professor Dr. Noor Syamilah Zakaria KB, PA, Director, CQA, UPM. Through follow-up actions related to customer management, UPM is now adopting the PUTRA Response System (Public Complaints Management System (SiSPAA)) as the official channel for UPM's feedback management, which replaces the U-RESPONS System starting on 1 December 2025. The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) & ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS) Documentation Report has detailed UPM's ISO document statistics, enforcement activities and document amendments for the year 2025. The UPM QMS and ISMS Audit Report that has been presented includes the status of actions on audit findings which includes the UPM Internal Audit and the SIRIM 1 Review Monitoring Audit for the Year 2025. The University Training Report focuses on the status of overall UPM staff training achievement which targets a minimum of 18 CPD hours, equivalent to 3 days of training. The University Records Management Report has summarized the total number of new file classifications for the year 2025 as well as the latest status of the implementation of the Digital Document Management System(DDMS) at UPM. This meeting session is the closing activity for the UPM quality agenda as planned in the UPM Service Quality Activity Calendar for 2025. This meeting also expressed its highest appreciation and gratitude for the continuous commitment of all meeting members, especially the Deputy Process Lead Management Representative (TWP PP) and the Deputy Responsibility Center Management Representative (PTJ) who play an important role as UPM quality agents. Mr. Noor Mohamad Shakil Hameed, University Customer Satisfaction Coordinator (PKPU) representing all meeting members expressed his gratitude to Mrs. Hajah Haslida Hassan, PWP, UPM after receiving the announcement regarding her retirement period which is effective on 25 December 2025. The speech was to express appreciation for the commitment and contribution that has been poured in throughout leading the service quality assurance agenda at UPM. The curtain of the 64th UPM Quality Committee Meeting was anchored with a meaningful sharing from the Chairman regarding the importance of carrying out roles and responsibilities in the concept of performing worship sincerely to form morals in an istiqamah manner. In line with the civilization of quality culture in strengthening the legacy at UPM, this concept highlighted is a reflection of the Keynote Speech by YBhg. Dato' Vice Chancellor, UPM on the CQA slogan "Relying on Quality, Strengthening Legacy" at the CQA Decade Celebration Program which was held on 11th November 2025.
