28th November 2024, Serdang - Centre for Quality Assurance  (CQA) UPM, had welcomed  delegation from Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU) on 28th November 2024 at CQA Meeting Room. The visit was attended by nine (9) members of the DBKU EKSA committee, led by Mr. Dennis Achil, Head of the Transformation and Innovation Division and Deputy Chairman of DBKU EKSA Committee. The purpose of this visit was to serve as a benchmarking visit for DBKU, with focus on improving the existing EKSA practices at DBKU. Additionally, one of the objectives of the visit was to observe the overall implementation of EKSA practices at CQA, while also providing exposure and new ideas to DBKU staff for future implementation. Briefing on the implementation of UPM EKSA  was delivered by Mrs. Zaidina Mohd Daud, UPM EKSA Facilitator. CQA, as the organiser of EKSA, is always open to fostering a two-way knowledge-sharing relationship with other government agencies. Congratulations and thanks are extended to DBKU, one of the government agencies recognised for its EKSA implementation by MAMPU, for choosing CQA as a reference point of EKSA implementation. It is hoped that this collaboration will benefit both parties in achieving the objectives and directions of EKSA at their respective levels.
