1 March 2024 ,Serdang - Center for Quality Assurance has organized the QMS MS ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Course for the year 2024 (Series 1) on 29th February until 1st March 2024 (Thursday and Friday) at Mini Auditorium 1, Level 3, Building of Deputy Vice Chancellor's Research and Innovation Office, UPM from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm. This course is a competency course with the aim of appointing a new PTJ auditor in preparation for the UPM Internal Audit for the MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) which will be conducted from 22 April 2024 until 28 June 2024.   This course is run by Mr. Mohd Izhwan Muhamad from the Faculty of Food Technology Science, UPM who is also a University Auditor and has extensive experience in MS ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) either inside or outside Universiti Putra Malaysia.   This course was attended by 37 participants with the objective of learning specifically about the clauses in the ISO standard, how to plan, implement, prepare reports and make follow-up actions for internal audits, write non-conformity reports and how to make corrective and follow-up actions against non-compliance in order to strengthen the implementation of internal audits in improving the effectiveness of the UPM Quality Management System.   This course successfully achieved the planned objectives with participants was very satisfied with the organization of the course.
