7th August 2024, Serdang - The Centre for Quality Assurance  (CQA), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has welcomed a benchmarking visit by the Quality and Assurance Division, Selangor Zakat Board (Headquartes). This visit focuses on the management of service quality and innovation awards or better known as UPM's Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP). The visit comprises of four Selangor Zakat Board officials led by Mr. Mohd Firdaus Kamarudin as the Quality and Assurance Division Head. A total of four CQA officers were attended the sharing session as follows: 1. Mdm. Haslida Hassan – Deputy Director, Service Quality Assurance 2. Mdm. Siti Fatimah Hasim – Head of the Quality Culture Section 3. Mdm. Zenaida Md Zenon – Head of Quality Audit Section 4. Mdm. Nurainakmal Kamal Bahrin – Head of Documentation Section During this session, information was given about the work process involved in organizing UPM's HKIP Celebration programme as well as the implementation of the Administrative Management Star Rating involving all PTJs at UPM. In addition, it was also briefly explained about the management of Internal Audit of the Quality Management System (QMS) MS ISO 9001:2015, Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem Practices (EKSA) at UPM. It is closely related to the elements evaluated and contested in conjunction with UPM's HKIP Celebration. This benchmarking visit session went smoothly and ended with the presentation of souvenirs as a sign of appreciation between the two parties.
