24th June 2024, Serdang - All Heads of PTJ under the entity of Vice Chancellor's Office had presented the 2024 Action Plan Series 1 involving five (5) entities such as the Occupational Safety and Health Management Office (PPKKP), Centre for Quality Assurance  (CQA), Centre for Management  for Waqf, Zakat and Endowment (WAZAN), InfoComm Development Centre (iDEC) and Centre for Corporate Strategy and Relations  (PSPK) on 24th June 2024 at the Serdang Conference Hall, Putra Chancellor Building, UPM. The objective of this presentation session is to foster a spirit of targeting success based on strategic and tactical planning outlined at the PTJ/UPM level. In addition, a presentation session is to oversee the strategic, tactical and operational ranking actions of each PTJ clearly and distributed (via SKT) to all staff at PTJ. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Abd. Rahim as the Director of CQA has outlined the Vision, Mission, functions and responsibilities of CQA, the role of CQA in the food assurance agenda and the goals of CQA which have been aligned with the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025 as follows: Strategy 1: Strengthening UPM's Academic Quality Assurance System; Strategy 2: Supporting the of Lifelong Learning; Strategy 3: Strengthening Quality Management System (QMS); Strategy 4: Strengthening the Information Security Management System (ISMS); Strategy 5: Strengthening the Cultivation of Creativity and Innovation; And Strategy 6: Generating Trust Account Income   The presentation session was also attended by management members from Academic Quality Assurance and Service Quality Assurance. While Series 2 of the presentation continued with the Sports Academy, Development Office and Asset Management, Internal Audit Division and Centre for Diagnostic Nuclear Imaging (PPDN) which was held on 4th July 2024.
