12th September 2024, Serdang – The Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Universiti Putra Malaysia has carried out the Second Stage Assessment of PTJ's Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) on 31st July 2024, at 2.30 pm. This Second Stage Evaluation is for the purpose of scoring the Anugerah Kualiti Persekitaran Tempat Kerja in conjunction with Hari Kualiti dan Inovasi Perkhidmatan (HKIP) Year 2023/2024. The assessment was carried out by Puan Nor Hasni Zahari, Engineer from the Faculty of Engineering and Encik Zamre Yaacob, Administrative Officer from the Faculty of Human Ecology. The session started with a welcome note by Puan Haslida Hassan, Deputy Director of Service Quality Assurance which is also Chair of the EKSA CQA Implementation Committee and was followed by a briefing on the implementation and achievements of EKSA CQA by Puan Zenaida Md Zenon who is also the EKSA CQA Coordinator. The panel was then taken to the entire CQA space within the scope of EKSA, namely the office space, meeting room, pantry, ISO room, prayer room, toilet, printing area and office equipment store to be evaluated. The Responsible Officer (PYB) to the relevant areas, briefed the panel on the information about the implementation and improvements that have been made in their respective spaces. The assessment presentation by both panel was carried out at 4.30 pm, attended by all CQA’s staff including Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Abd Rahim Abu Talib, Director of CQA to get input on the results of the EKSA evaluation. The evaluation session ended with the presentation of certificate of appreciation to the evaluators by the CQA Director.
