6th December 2024, Serdang – The Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Universiti Putra Malaysia held the 14th Management Review Meeting (MKSP) of the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) of Universiti Putra Malaysia for the Year 2024 on 19th September 2024 at the Dewan Senat, Bangunan Canselori Putra. The meeting, which was chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of UPM, YBhg. Dato’ Professor Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd. Sadullah is held at least once a year with the aim of carrying out a management review of the ISO QMS and ISMS management system periodically to ensure that it continues to be appropriate, sufficient, and effective; make an assessment on improvement opportunities and the need for changes to ISO including Quality Policy and Quality Objectives, ISMS Policy and Objectives; as well as examining relevant reports and making appropriate decisions to ensure that Universiti Putra Malaysia's delivery system is effective. MKSP membership is also composed of Management Representatives (Director of CQA), all Deputy Vice Chancellors, all Heads of Responsibility Centers (PTJ), Deputy Management Representatives of ISMS, Deputy Management Representatives of Process Leaders (TWP PP), Deputy Management Representatives of Responsibility Centers (TWP PTJ), Document Control Officers (PKD) , Audit Coordinator (PAD), University Customer Satisfaction Coordinator (PKPU), Staff Training Coordinator (PLS) and University Department Records Officer (PRJU) as well as Deputy Director Service Quality Assurance, Center of Quality Assurance who acts as Secretary.
