The session was conducted by Mr. Harun bin Jantan, one of the EKSA champions from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. The course focused on updating EKSA-related knowledge, strengthening the understanding of EKSA audit and assessment criteria, enhancing the confidence and influence of EKSA facilitators, and sharing knowledge, experiences, and challenges in EKSA implementation.
