14th May 2025, Bintulu  - The Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) has taken the initiative to deliver a briefing entitled "Guidelines for Writing Program Documents Based on COPPA" in conjunction with the Academic Quality Assurance (JJKA) Roadshow Program at UPM Bintulu Campus on 14 -15 May 2025. This session was attended by 32 participants.   Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noor Syamilah Zakaria, Deputy Director of Academic Quality Assurance, provided a comprehensive explanation to ensure that the faculty was clear on the preparation of the COPPA document. Among the topics emphasized were the General Content of COPPA Requirements, the Three Columns of MQA Mapping, the Importance and Strategy for Preparing Program Documents and finally regarding the Strategy for Preparing Documents MQA-01 and MQA-02.

The target participants consisting of Deans, Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments and Program Coordinators were very coincident where through this briefing it also opened a space for the faculty to raise any questions they were facing in the preparation of the COPPA document. This agenda was further followed by a Briefing on the Guidelines for Writing the Programme Self-Review Report (PSRR) on the second day of the JJKA programme together with Associate Fellow Prof. Madya Dr. Muskhazli Mustaffa to explain the latest technical information for the preparation of the PSRR in the COPPA Document.       It is hoped that this briefing will assist the faculty, especially at UPM Bintulu Campus, in ensuring that the faculty always complies with the quality assurance of the study programmes offered.
