21st November 2025, Serdang – Center for Quality Assurance has organized the ISMS ISO//IEC 27001:2022 Internal Audit Course Series 2 for the year 2025 on October 7 to 9, 2025 (Tuesday to Thursday) at Putra Learning Space (PLS), CADe-Lead, Office Building of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research and Innovation, UPM starting at 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. This second series course for year 2025 is a competency course for new and existing ISMS auditors to meet the transition requirements of the ISMS standard. UPM has transitioned to the new standard in 2025.

This course is conducted by Puan Wan Asiah Wan Mohamad Nawi, Training Consultant from the School of Information Technology and Technology Development, National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) Bukit Kiara. Puan Wan Asiah is the instructor for the courses implemented at INTAN.

This course was attended by 10 people consisting of existing University Auditors, members of the ISMS Working Committee and also new auditor candidates. This course was held with the objective for participants to learn specifically related to clauses and annexes in the ISO standards in force, understand the concept and management of audits and be able to apply the implementation of audits, to ensure that Internal Audit can be implemented effectively.

This course successfully achieved the planned objectives and participants were very satisfied with the organization of the course.
