22nd July 2026, Serdang - Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) Universiti Putra Malaysia received a benchmarking Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) visit from Bahagian Kaunseling (BKU) and Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee (KTMB) on 9 June 2026 while from the Pusat Perhubungan Alumni (PPA), UPM on 12 June 2026. The delegation from BKU consisted of 24 staffs, KTMB consisted of 14 staffs while the PPA delegation consisted of 21 staffs. This benchmarking visit aimed to see the best practices of EKSA that had been implemented at CQA. The visit by BKU and PPA began with a welcome by the Deputy Director of Service Quality Assurance, Mrs. Rozi Tamin, who is also the Chairman of the CQA EKSA Implementation Committee, then followed by a brief briefing on the implementation of EKSA at CQA by Mrs. Zenaida Md Zenon, as the CQA EKSA Coordinator. Then the delegation was taken to tour the entire space at CQA. Meanwhile, the KTMB delegation was given a briefing by Mrs. Nurainakmal Kamal Bahrin, who is also the UPM EKSA Coordinator and then taken to tour the entire space at CQA. CQA received positive feedback from the visit. Among the feedback received from the delegation representatives on the implementation of EKSA at CQA was very good and excellent. Among the EKSA spaces that attracted attention were the CQA Reading Corner and pantry. Overall, this visit has had a very positive impact on all PTJs involved because they were able to share information and exchange views on the best and most suitable management and implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) to be implemented in their respective PTJs.
