30th April 2025, Serdang – The Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Universiti Putra Malaysia received a benchmarking visit to the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) from the Centre for Waqf, Zakat and Infak Management (WAZAN), Universiti Putra Malaysia on Thursday, 27 March 2025. The 20-person delegation from WAZAN was led by the Head of WAZAN Administration Division, Mr Wan Mohd Radzi Wan Ismail. Also present were Mrs Maznur Nazila Moin, WAZAN's EKSA Coordinator, as well as all WAZAN staff. This benchmarking visit aimed to see the best practices of EKSA that had been implemented at CQA. The visit began with a welcome by the Deputy Director of Service Quality Assurance, Mrs. Haslida Hassan, who is also the Chairman of the CQA EKSA Implementation Committee, then followed by a brief briefing on the implementation of EKSA at CQA by Mrs. Zenaida Md Zenon, as the CQA EKSA Coordinator. Then the WAZAN delegation was taken to tour the entire space at CQA. Among the feedback received from i-PUTRA representatives were “ EKSA at CQA is the best with a uniform system and neat layout ”, “ Very best. Very satisfactory uniformity ” and “ Very organized and neat ”. Overall, the visit, which lasted almost 2 hours, had a very positive impact on both PTJs because they were able to share information and exchange views on the best and most suitable management and implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) for implementation in their respective PTJs.
