28 November 2025, Putrajaya – Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) had organised the Performance Reflection Workshop 2025 and Planning on 2026 Strategic Draft Plan at Hotel Zenith. The workshop were attended by 21 CQA staffs, consisting of 2 Academic Officers, 9 Non-Academic Officers and 10 Supporting Staffs.
The workshop was aimed to evaluate overall performance of CQA throughout 2025, including the effectiveness of work processes, the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), audit findings and customer feedback. In addition, the workshop also served as an important platform to set CQA’s KPI for 2026 and to develop 2026 Strategic Draft Plan that is more focused, relevant and aligned with the university’s direction.
Throughout the workshop, participants were actively involved in discussion and presentation sessions focusing on performance reflection, identification of issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement in the existing work processes. The outcomes of these discussions will be used as a basis to strengthen the CQA’s service delivery system to be more efficient and effective.
This workshop reflects CQA’s commitment in supporting the aspirations of the True North UPM framework, particularly in realising Service Beyond Expectations, while ensuring that roles of Academic Quality Assurance and Service Quality Assurance continue to be strengthened on an ongoing basis.
