Function and Roles

1. Manage and coordinate the implementation of accreditation research and services laboratory at UPM under the scheme MS ISO / IEC 17025 and MS ISO 15189;
2. Conducting training/courses/workshops on research and services laboratory accreditation MS ISO / IEC 17025 and MS ISO 15189;
3. Monitoring the Laboratory Quality Management System documents (Laboratory Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs, Test Methods, Guidelines, Manuals (Testing and Operation Manuals), and Records) developed by the laboratory;
4. Plan and manage activities related audit on research and services laboratory accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025 and MS ISO 15189;
5. Monitor the corrective action plan of non-conformity (NC) as well as opportunities for improvement (OFI) from the audit findings; and
6. Manage the application of the provisions relating to financial on research and services laboratory accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025 and MS ISO 15189.
