Introduction

THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A certification for quality management system involving 28 certificates to one (1) certificate and four (4) responsibility centres that have not received certification are included in the scope starts when the Management Committee of the University appoints the Registrar as Management Representatives in 2010. Implementation to access an MS ISO 9001:2008 began to be moved from July 2010 and enforcement documents on 3 January 2011. Certification scope covers all the key processes of the university such as teaching and learning, research and innovation, professional services, and support services.
