SERDANG, 19th February 2015 - Office of Institutional & Academic Quality Management (OQM), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) visited the UPM’s Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA)  for best practice. IIUM has embarked on a journey of one certification for ISO 9001: 2008 in 2014. They are in the process of improving the procedures and QMS system. Therefore, the purpose of the visit was to gain knowledge and information on best practices in managing the QMS in UPM.  The delegation visit headed by the Director, Prof. Dr. Rahmah Ahmad H. Osman
